Seller Dashboard
Your Seller Dashboard gives you full control over your shop and the products and/or services you offer to your customers.
You'll be able to perform tasks from adding products/services to tracking sales and purchases.
Get Started!
In order to start selling on Shopfront, you must first add your products/services.
To add multiple items at a time, download our CSV file designed to make uploading your items quicker and easier. Otherwise, you can add them individually.
You will be required to provide the following info:
There are other optional details you may add based on the nature of your business.
Once you have added your products/services and your store has been verified, your customers will be free to browse your shop and begin purchasing or adding items to their wishlist.
Customer Orders
Once a customer makes an order you will receive an email notification complete with the details of that order.
The customer will also receive two automatically generated emails from the site, one email confirming the order and the second acknowledging payment. For more info read Section 13 (The Buying and Selling Process) of our Terms and Conditions.
Order Cancellations
There are different stipulations regarding order cancellations. Please see our Terms & Conditions: Section 15 (Distance Contracts).
Invoicing
Shopfront supports invoicing and receiving payment. Here’s how:
From within the Invoices section of the Seller Dashboard, the customer and products/services are selected and any discounts to be applied. The customer is notified of the invoice by an email message containing a link to viewing the invoice details and making the payment.
By clicking on the link in the notification email, the customer is taken to an invoice details page with a PAY NOW button.
After the customer clicks on PAY NOW, the invoiced items are added to the shopping cart, ready for the customer to check out.
Customer is then given final confirmation of the invoiced items and the amount to be paid prior to being taken to the credit card payment page.
Customer then enters credit card information to complete the payment.
Deliveries
Prior to buying on ShopFront, customers get to select their preferred method of delivery and to enter their address with specific directions, if necessary. Sellers may also include In-store Pickup as an option.
Getting Paid
Using the bank details provided by sellers, Shopfront will transfer funds to each seller's account approximately 7 days after transactions are completed.
Transfers are done at a cost of $2USD and are deducted from the transfer total.

Promote your ShopFront
Okay, so you are all set and ready to go. Now how do you tell people about your ShopFront page and encourage them to visit and shop? Let us help you with that. Here are a few suggestions:
1) Advertise your page on Social Media: If you already have a Facebook, Twitter or Instagram page for your business, why not advertise your Shopfront page there? You can simply post the link that takes customers directly to your Shopfront store and encourage them to shop.
2) Use your Email/WhatsApp List: do you already have access to existing or potential customers' email addresses and/or WhatsApp numbers? Send them an email or message to inform them of the new option you have made available to them. Be sure to share some benefits to the customer, for example, unlike your physical store, ShopFront is open 24/7. This can definitely encourage customers to visit. Don't forget to include the link to your store!
3) Word of Mouth: be open to simply telling people about your new online store. Your loyal customers and others who support you can be a strong source of marketing for your business, so encourage them to tell everyone about your ShopFront.
Having an online store will give your business a lot more exposure. However, you need to play your part in driving more traffic to your store. Your goal should be integrate the marketing strategies you have already implemented for your offline business with your online store so as to offer existing customers a new experience and to draw the attention of prospective ones.
